Thankful!

Happy Thanksgiving.jpg

It’s the day before Thanksgiving, 2018, and we count our Connor blessings:

  1. We are thankful for our customers. Whether we’ve done business with you for several years, or you’re a first-timer with us, we hope we’ve met your expectations. Providing resources and answers to help you save money on feeds - that’s our goal. We don’t just sell stuff.

  2. We are thankful for the nutritionists that believe in us and help us spread the word of efficient, safe silage management. We hope you have felt confidence in our recommendations and in our products, and we thank you for your trust.

  3. We are thankful for our associates who put in long days and have developed cherished relationships with our customers. They work hard to provide the information you need and serve you with pride. They do the heavy lifting of inventory receiving, sales, delivery, and customer care.

  4. We are thankful for our family, who is patient, supportive, and whose unfailing love sustains us through bright and rough days alike.

  5. Finally, and most importantly, we are thankful for a God that loves us and leads us to service in our chosen life. We appreciate the country we live in and the opportunity we have to make a difference in farmer’s lives.

On this weekend, Connor also sends a special message to our friend Doug DeGroff as he and his family face his recovery from a stroke and subsequent ATV accident. You are in our prayers, and we stand at your shoulder.

We all face challenges, some similar and some different from each other. We don't claim to have answers to the myriad of difficult situations, but we are sharing a tool that has worked for us in rough times.

A-HAH Moments

A-HAH Moments

Don’t you just love it when someone says something that you’ve heard before and you may already believe – but they say it in such a way it makes you think: “A-HAH!  I never thought about it that way!”

Dr. Limin Kung spoke to a group of farmers for us in 2013. Not a lot has changed in the inoculant world. There are inoculants worth putting on, with repeated research to back them up, and there’s everyone else.
